Contrary to the approach of many expectant mothers, I believe that there is no better time to get and stay in shape than during pregnancy while you are growing, building and creating a new life and managing your body as a temple of that creation. It is not uncommon for women to let themselves go during pregnancy and resign to the idea that they will gain weight so therefore, they choose to let their diet go. Other women may not know what physical activity they can do and resign to not doing anything. Some allow the fatigue, nausea and pregnancy symptoms to give way to what is best for their body and their baby and not put themselves first.
